The Studio

Ozzy Abaddon is an Indo-Deccan, avant-garde design studio founded by Azalea Saba in 2025. The studio explores craft-centered practices shaped by moments of cultural overlap and isolation. Rooted in her mixed lineage, Saba’s work merges speculative living with heirloom gestures to create one-of-a-kind objects and furniture. Drawing from native scripts, sculpture, and architecture, she develops Neo identities that move beyond linguistic traditions — reclaiming autonomy and authorship within her diaspora.

After earning an MFA in Industrial Design from Cranbrook Academy of Art, she moved to Rhode Island to continue her design journey. In addition to her studio practice, Ozzy shares her expertise as an Adjunct Professor of Industrial and Graphic Design.
